This is definitely an insane day for altcoins, after only 9 days the overall profit is $ 841 USD. With two new entries on the Top 5 performing, Verge (XVG) and Cardano (ADA) doing incredibly well.

- Tron (TRX) + 779.65 % , from $10.04 to $88.29
- Verge (XVG) + 772.25 % , from $9.62 to $79.10
- Cardano (ADA) + 440.25 % , from $9.57 to $51.70
- Litecoin (LTC) + 270.47 % , from $10.05 to $38.15
- Populous (PPT) + 224.08 % , from $10.30 to $33.38

How I started the experiment :
- Got $ 1000 USD in Bitcoin from Coinbase (It’s probably the fastest way to get some, they accept debit cards and it’s almost used worldwide)
- Used part of the Bitcoins to buy the other cryptocurrencies/altcoins
- I used Binance , Kucoin and Hitbtc to buy most of the cryptocurrencies
- All the others on Mercatox , Cryptopia
- Another part on Bittrex
- Added all the trades on Cointracking.info

I love this idea, and am thinking about doing something similar. Do you think skipping the top 5 rated coins (due to price) and investing $1000 in coins ranked 6-26 would yield better results, as these higher ranked coins have more potential of success, and putting the bit more money ($50 per coin) in each of the coins ranked 6-26 would yield better results? Or do you think casting a bigger net, with $10 dollars over all 100 coins ranked, like you are doing, is the way to go, perhaps hoping to catch some young coins with unseen potential and room for huge growth? It’s really hard to predict and we don’t know how all these coins will perform in the long run. To trade, I always suggest keeping a good part of the more stable ones, as BTC , ETH , LTC. This is just a blind experiment, I got the top 100 by market cap but of course I hope that on the long run some of these coins will do well, like Verge just did.

Would it be possible to add the entire list of 100 cryptos to every update? As a link to an image or something for instance. Think it’s interesting to keep track of the lesser performing coins too 🙂
